Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas flowmeter which can correct and price the measured value of a gas flow rate obtained by a gas flowmeter over a wide pressure range or a wide flow rate range.SOLUTION: A critical flow nozzle type gas flowmeter 1 according to the present invention includes a plurality of critical flow nozzles 4 and on-off valves 7 corresponding to the critical flow nozzles 4, at least two of the critical flow nozzles 4 having different throat diameters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
