Abstract:
To provide a post-processing device of a cast product which can effectively function for occurrence of dust and scattering of moulding sand and dust to maintain good work and factory environments and secure a plenty of factory space.SOLUTION: A post-processing device of a cast product includes: a cooling part 11 which cools cast products 3 which are just casted with cooling air; a sand removing part 12 which is disposed below the cooling part 11 and applies impact to the cast products 3 cooled by the cooling part 11 with an air hammer 13 to remove moulding sand adhering to the cast products 3; a sand recovery part 15 which is disposed below the sand removing part 12 and recovers the removed moulding sand; and a dust collection part 17 which recovers the cooling air used for cooling in the cooling part 11 and particulate moulding sand contained in the cooling air. A buffer part 14 which prevents propagation of vibration occurring in the sand removing part 12 to the cooling part 11 is provided between the cooling part 11 and the sand removing part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
