Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device which can surely store a side edge removed from a sheet and provide an image formation system.SOLUTION: A post-processing device includes: side edge removal means which removes the side edge of a sheet; a side edge storage part which can store the side edge removed by the side edge removal means and be drawn from the device body; and a guide plate which is inclined in the direction intersecting the movement direction of the side edge, and guides the side edge removed by the side edge removal means to the side edge storage part while guiding it along the movement direction of the side edge. The guide plate includes a valley-shaped inclined surface whose both ends along the movement direction of the side edge are higher than the center part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
