PURPOSE: To easily generate an arbitrary undefined table by editing vector information including a segment near a cursor position and deleting or adding the partial constitution frame of a table becoming the base.

CONSTITUTION: A basic table generation part 2 generates structure information on the basic table in a prescribed position of a memory 3 in accordance with generation information on the table from an input part 1.
