PURPOSE:To feed water into the other chamber when the water level is low for replenishing when inspecting or cleaning one of both chambers A, B by providing a branch pipe opened to the opposite clearance of the A-chamber valve seat cylinder and B-chamber valve seat cylinder in the valve cylinder of an open and close changeover valve and erecting a replenishing pipe connected to the branch pipe at the lower end and further, jointing the upper end of the replenishing water pipe to the inside of a subtank. CONSTITUTION:When the inside of A-chamber is inspected and cleaned, the valve seat cylinder 3' of A-chamber is closed by the valve plate 6 of an opening and closing changeover valve 5. In this way, the changeover valve 5 is connected to the B-chamber through the B-chamber valve seat cylinder 4' and B-chamber water conductor 4 but it is disconnected to the A- chamber. And hence, the water within the A-chamber is drained to inspect and clean the chamber. While that time, feeding water to the outside is carried out from the B-chamber. And when the water leval in the B-chamber gets low, water in the receiving tank or tap water is fed to the B-chamber through a feed water pipe 12, a replenishing pipe 15, a changeover valve 5, a B-chamber conductor pipe 4 to recover the water level. After inspection and cleaning of the A-chamber is finished, the valve plate 6 of changeover valve 5 is returned to the neutral position and the water level of both A and B chambers is raised up to a specified condition.
