PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable high ventilation capacity of an air conditioner in accordance with an attribute of a getting-on position.SOLUTION: An air-conditioning system includes: an air conditioner 10 provided in an own vehicle; a determination part 44 provided in the own vehicle or a server to determine whether a getting-on position during an occurrence of a getting-on event of a passenger in the own vehicle is a point of a prescribed attribute; and a control part 46 provided in the own vehicle to control the air conditioner on the basis of a determination result by the determination part 44. If the determination part 44 determines that the getting-on position is the point of the prescribed attribute, the control part 46 increases the ventilation capacity of the air conditioner more, compared with a case in which the determination part does not determine so.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
