PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure an air conditioning system more simply, and reduce an amount of refrigerant flowing into a compressor.SOLUTION: An air conditioning operation control device includes: an operation mode determination part for determining whether or not a refrigerant circuit where the refrigerant circulates, which is equipped with one outdoor unit, a plurality of indoor units, and a plurality of expansion valves, one each of which is disposed on a refrigerant outlet side in heating time of each of the plurality of indoor units is in a heating operation; a stop determination part for determining whether or not a stopped indoor unit exists of the plurality of indoor units when the operation mode determination part determines that the refrigerant circuit is in a heating operation; and an expansion valve control part for, when the stop determination part determines that a stopped indoor unit exists, bringing the expansion valve connected to the stopped indoor unit into an open state, and then closing the expansion valve.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
