Abstract:
The invention provides an air conditioner and the manufacturing method thereof. The air conditioner (10) is provided with a heat exchange device (23). The heat exchange device (23) is provided with a plurality of fins (231) and a plurality of heat conducting pipes (232) in communication with the fins. The heat conducting pipes (232) are provided with bending parts (233) with certain being curves. The bending parts (233) are provided with a natural potential part at the external side surface (238a) around the bending circumference whose natural potential is lower than the natural electric part (239) at the external surface (238b).
