Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bottom sediment improvement means which can be operated with no power and is highly effective.SOLUTION: An air supply system A is for a water stay area R formed at a position which is close to a water area S with water level fluctuation and is to be separated from the water area S at least at the lowest water level L1, and the air supply system A includes a tubular member 1 for communicating, through a connection part 13, an upward part 11 disposed on the side of the water area S and opened downward at a height between the lowest water level L1 and a highest water level L2 and an air supply part 12 roughly horizontally laid inside bottom sediment R1 of the water stay area R and having one or more distribution holes 14 formed on a pipe wall. By utilizing the water level fluctuation of the sea or the like, mitigation of a poor oxygen state and bottom sediment improvement in the water stay area R close to the water area S, such as a dry beach or a tide pool, are surely and effectively performed with no power.
