Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft panel manufacturing method and an aircraft panel manufacturing system capable of assembling aircraft panels with good accuracy.SOLUTION: An aircraft panel manufacturing method includes the steps of: causing a holding jig 1 to hold a fuselage panel 10 having a plurality of plate-like members having a cross section of a curve shape in such a manner that the cross section of the fuselage panel 10 becomes a curve shape protruding upward; overlapping the plurality of plate-like members of the fuselage panel 10 held by the holding jig 1 and connecting the overlapped portions by rivets; moving the holding jig 1 in which the fuselage panel 10 in which the plurality of plate-like members are connected are held; and connecting a frame 32 along the curve shape of the fuselage panel 10 by the rivets with respect to the plurality of plate-like members of the fuselage panels 10 held by the moved holding jig 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
