Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce thermal energy required for a drying treatment step of a treating material than before, and to enable gas states in a plurality of sealed containers to be brought into mutually different states when the plurality of sealed containers are arranged in one constant-temperature chamber.SOLUTION: The sealed container 5 includes a cylindrical part 34 for storing the treating material 6, a pair of lid parts 35, 36, a shaft part 37 arranged inside the cylindrical part 34, a pair of fastening members 38, 39, a pair of support plates 40, 41, a pedestal 42 for supporting each of the support plates 40, 41, each separator 43 arranged to separate each treating material 6 mutually, and a heat-resistant coupler 44 placed in the top part of the sealed container.
