Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform management of a precise production quantity corresponding to an anomalous event.SOLUTION: A production quantity management system is configured to be able to arbitrarily set a future management target period for managing a production quantity of a product. Based on information on an existing production quantity already produced which is output from production facilities producing the product and information on a target production quantity which is a targeted production quantity of the production facilities set in time-series, the production quantity management system, while calculating a production quantity difference between the existing production quantity at the present and the production quantity of the targeted production quantity, calculates an additional production planned quantity from the present to the management target period based on the targeted production quantity in the management target period, and calculates and displays an additional production quantity required up to the management target period based on the production quantity difference and the additional production planned quantity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
