Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic conductive film and the like, which can achieve good adhesiveness between circuit members even when an index matching layer is used for the circuit members.SOLUTION: The anisotropic conductive film is to be used for anisotropic conductive connection between a terminal of a first circuit member and a terminal of a second circuit member. The anisotropic conductive film comprises a film-forming resin, a radically polymerizable compound, radical polymerization initiator, and an alkali metal, in which the content of the alkali metal is from 100 ppm by mass to 26,000 ppm by mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
