Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a workpiece holding device capable of freely selecting a front surface or a rear surface, and surely gripping a workpiece having a shape difficult to be gripped or pinched as a single tool or a workpiece fixing fixture, and a dovetail groove slide stage equipped with the workpiece holding device.SOLUTION: A workpiece holding device 1 is provided with: a front side workpiece holding unit 2a that has a workpiece holding surface for holding a workpiece 10 in each of a front surface and a rear surface; and a fastening bolt hole 3 through which a fastening bolt 4 comprising a head 5 and a shaft 6 is put to be connected to the fastening bolt hole of a dovetail groove slide stage 30. The fastening bolt 3 has head housing parts for housing the head 5 of the fastening bolt 4 at both ends, and a head holding groove 7 is communicated by a shaft through-hole through which the shaft of the fastening bolt is put.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
