To provide a fingerprint-resistance improver which gives a hard coat film for the deposited fingerprint to be inconspicuous in the external appearance and to be easily wipable, and to provide an active energy ray-curable resin.
The fingerprint-resistance improver has a formulation of (I) a copolymer obtained by the polymerization of polymerization components which contains (A) at least one kind of a vinyl monomer selected from (a1) a 6-22C alkyl group-containing vinyl monomer and (a2) an aromatic vinyl monomer and (B) a vinyl monomer having 5-13 F atoms in the molecule in a ratio of (A):(B)=90-99.9% by weight: 0.1-10% by weight. The active energy ray-curable type resin is obtained by reacting (II) a copolymer, which is obtained by the polymerization of polymerization components that contains the above monomer components and (C) a vinyl monomer having in the molecule an epoxy group in a ratio of (A):(B):(C)=20-70% by weight: 0.1-10% by weight: 20-79.9% by weight, with an α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid.
