Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention method of a solvent tank storing an organic solvent such as ethyl acetate, toluene, xylene, acetone and the like where the inside of the solvent tank is protected with a solvent-resistant material by performing ceramic coating, glass coating, plasma melting coating, teflon lining or phenol lining after performing, for example, FRP construction to the solvent tank.SOLUTION: In a corrosion prevention method of a solvent tank provided with an existing steel tank and a fiber-reinforced composite material being disposed at the inner periphery of the steel tank and preventing the steel tank from solvent leakage, ceramic coating, glass coating, plasma melting coating, teflon lining or phenol lining is performed on the inner peripheral surface of the fiber-reinforced composite material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
