Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antifogging composition excellent in antifogging performance and persistence thereof.SOLUTION: An antifogging composition consists of a copolymer (A), a polyfunctional block isocyanate compound (B) and a surfactant (C). The copolymer (A) is constituted by 35 to 90 pts.wt. of a monomer (A-1), 5 to 60 pts.wt. of a monomer (A-2) and 5 to 30 pts.wt. of the monomer (A-3) based on 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer (A). A NCO/OH ratio, which is a ratio between the isocyanate group content (NCO) of the polyfunctional block isocyanate compound (B) and the hydroxyl group content (OH) of the copolymer (A) is in a range of 0.1 to 1.5. The surfactant (C) contains 1 to 10 pts.wt. of a betaine-based surfactant (C-1) and 0.01 to 3 pts.wt. of a cationic surfactant (C-2) based on 100 pts.wt. of the copolymer (A).SELECTED DRAWING: None
