PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application acceptance device, application acceptance program, and application acceptance method capable of accepting start operations of both of an acceptance procedure and a purchase procedure of a same prize.SOLUTION: An application acceptance device includes: a first display processing section for causing an operation terminal to display, corresponding for each prize, an operation start page on which a first operation part for accepting a start operation of an application procedure of a lottery of a price, and a second operation part for accepting a start operation of a purchase procedure of a prize by provision of a consideration; an acceptance processing section capable of accepting operations onto the first operation part and the second operation part; a second display processing section, when the operation of the first operation part is accepted by the acceptance processing section, causing the operation terminal to display an application page for accepting the application procedure; and a third display processing section, when the operation of the second operation part is accepted by the acceptance processing section, causing the operation terminal to display a purchase page for accepting the purchase procedure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
