When start of any one of respective functions (a browser function, a favorite function, a browser setting function, and a browser history clear function) relating to the browser function is selected by a user's operation through an operation part (Y in ST4) during the interruption of the browser function (ST3), an interruption restoration confirmation part displays an interruption restoration confirmation screen (ST5) for prompting a user to select any one of operations (ST6) for restoring the browser function of an interrupted state (ST7), for starting a newly selected function by ignoring the browser function of an interrupted state (ST8), and for canceling the start of the selected function and returning to a stand-by screen of a browser function interruption state (ST9), on a display part.
