Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide arc sensor adjusting device and adjusting method for performing tracking control with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A welding system 10 has: a welding torch 24; a welding power source 14 which supplies electric power to the welding torch; a robot 12 for oscillating the welding torch 24 and a robot control device 16; and an arc sensor 18 which obtains welding-current or welding-voltage when performing weldment while oscillating the welding torch 24 in a vertical direction. The arc sensor 18 obtains welding-current or welding-voltage at a calibration time when performing weldment while oscillating the welding torch 24 in the vertical direction, and further, calculates a correction amount of a position of the welding torch 24 when performing weldment while oscillating the welding torch 24 in a longitudinal direction on the basis of the obtained welding-current or welding-voltage, and applies the calculated correction amount for tracking control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
