Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arithmetic device for calculating information other than electronic density distribution and effective atomic number of an object to be detected by using an X-ray, a program related to the arithmetic device, an X-ray measurement system, and an X-ray measurement method.SOLUTION: An arithmetic device for calculating information on an object to be detected by using a detection result from an X-ray detector which detects an X-ray from the object to be detected includes: means for obtaining the detection result from the X-ray detector; first calculation means for calculating a complex refractive index of the X-ray from the object to be detected by using the detection result; and second calculation means for calculating information on the object to be detected on the basis of a correlation relation between the complex refractive index and a mass absorption coefficient.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
