PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which is arranged to perform an incoming direction estimation on condition that another antenna element receives a reference signal sent from its own antenna element, and to conduct RF calibration and positional calibration with a reduced load of an arithmetic calculation process.SOLUTION: A device of the present invention performs the steps of: selecting, from a plurality of antenna elements, an antenna element to send a reference signal to, in turn; providing the reference signal to a transceiver circuit of the selected antenna element; acquiring, from each transceiver circuit of the other antenna elements except the antenna element having sent out the reference signal, an estimation value of a transmission path between the antenna element having sent the reference signal and each of the other antenna elements; and determining a gain-subtracted estimation value by subtracting a transmission path gain component from each estimation value of the bidirectional inter-antenna element transmission paths for determining transmission path characteristics to calculate a calibration coefficient of each antenna element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
