Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling device of a ball screw which can uniformly maintain a clearance between an inside diameter of a nut and an outside diameter of a ball assembling nozzle over the whole periphery, and can stably assemble a ball, and an assembling method of the ball screw.SOLUTION: There is brought about a state that a nut is received by nut receiving means. In this state, a ball assembling nozzle is fit into a nut so that a clearance which is uniform over the whole periphery is formed between an inside diameter of the nut and an outside diameter of the ball assembling nozzle. A ball is supplied to a screw groove of the nut via a ball supply route of the ball assembling nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
