Abstract:
PURPOSE:To easily generate a development even in the case of other product than a rectangular parallelopiped. CONSTITUTION:A reference shape being a shape of one major surface of a product is plotted in dimensions of a prescribed measure to finish dimensions (step S1). Also, a bending shape being a cross sectional shape of the part to which bending is performed is plotted in dimensions of a prescribed measure to finish dimensions (step S2). A material of a sheet metal to which bending is performed and its plate thickness are inputted (step S3). With respect to a first development in which the reference shape and the bending shape are coupled (step S4), a correction is performed so that bent pieces are not overlapped and a second development is obtained (step S5). Based on the material of the sheet metal and its plate thickness, an elongation amount of the bending part is derived (step S6), and dimensions of a second development are corrected (step S7).
