PURPOSE: To efficiently deodorize in cookings of a grill, an oven and a range by forming a heat resistant silicone coated film layer containing a manganese catalyst and a zeolite adsorbent on a wall in an oven housing to be heated by a hot air heater etc., for the oven.

CONSTITUTION: A body cabinet 1 has a hot air heater 8 for an oven having a hot air fan 6 heating to cook a material 12 to be cooked in an oven housing 2, and a magnetron 14 for generating microwave to induction heat the material 12 to be cooked. Such a heating cooker comprises a heat resistant silicone coated film layer 17 containing a manganese catalyst and a zeolite adsorbent on a wall of the housing 2 to be heating at least by the heater 8. Offensive odor during cooking at low temperature of the wall of the housing 2 is deodorized by adsorption of the layer 17. On the other hand, offensive odor at high temperature of the wall is deodorized by a catalytic action of the layer 17.
