Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a feedback amplifier circuit capable of obtaining larger inductance in an IC by converting an output from a differential pair into a base current, removing an AC component from the converted output and negatively feeding back only a DC component.
CONSTITUTION: The feedback amplifier circuit is constituted as an equivalent inductance circuit 10. Input signals are applied to the 1st transistor (Tr) Tr6 and the 2nd Tr Tr7 included in the differential pair 16. A corrector current outputted from the Tr7 is converted into a base current by the 3rd Tr Tr5 included in a negative feedback circuit in accordance with its input signal. The AC component of the base current is removed by a capacitor CO to be capacitive impedance connected between the 3rd and 4th Trs Tr5, Tr4 and only the DC component is negatively fed back to one input of the pair 16 through the 4th Tr Tr4.
