To provide a packaging bag which comprises a drawn film made of a biodegradable polymer such as a polylactic acid, and is excellent for the delivery of mail while an address and the information of a content can be provided without unsealing by making one surface transparent, and imparting concealing property on the other surface.
A film (I) made of a biodegradable polymer such as the polylactic acid for which 3 to 20 mass% of titanium oxide, and 5 to 40 mass% of a filler agent other than the titanium oxide are blended by these ratios, and a transparent film (II) made of a biodegradable polymer are put together, and the end sections are bonded. Thus, the bag is suitable for the delivery of mail is provided.
