Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bakery product of good texture packed in a container without repeating excessive trial-and-error.SOLUTION: A bakery product packed in a container 100 includes a sealed packaging container 101 and a bakery product 102 packed in the packaging container 101. The packaging container 101 is depressurized to a subatmospheric pressure value P [kPa] in the range of -70[kPa]≤P≤-7[kPa] and sealed. The bakery product 102 has a density D[g/cm] of 0.4[g/cm]≤D≤1.0[g/cm] and a hardness H[kN/m] of 1×10[kN/m]≤H≤4×10[kN/m].SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
