Abstract:
To effectively use the heat quantity of an exhaust gas generated in the manufacturing process of ecological cement.SOLUTION: A manufacturing apparatus 1 for ecological cement comprises: a cooling device 4 for cooling a combustion gas G1 of an ecological cement kiln 2 or a heat recovery device for recovering heat from the combustion gas; a dust collector for recovering dust contained in an exhaust gas G2 of the cooling device or the heat recovery device; and a binary power generator 10 for generating power by using an exhaust gas G6 of the dust collector. The manufacturing apparatus may also comprise a carbon dioxide removal device 11 for removing carbon dioxide contained in an exhaust gas G7 of the binary power generator, and may conduct carbon dioxide removal by a chemical absorption method on the basis of amine-based solution. The dust collector may comprise: a cyclone 5 for removing coarse powder from the exhaust gas of the cooling device or the heat recovery device; a first bag filter 6 for recovering fine powder from an exhaust gas G3 of the cyclone; a hydrated lime addition device 7 for adding hydrated lime to an exhaust gas G4 of the first bag filter; and a second bag filter 8 for collecting dust in the exhaust gas after adding hydrated lime.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
