To enhance interest in a game through a time-shortening start performance.SOLUTION: A pinball game machine includes winning/losing determination means, winning/losing performance means, variation pattern selection means, special game means, and time-shortening game means. The pinball game machine further includes: stop time setting means for setting an establishment display time of time-shortening winning for continuing an establishment display of a winning/losing performance corresponding to a determination result won under a second condition to a length corresponding to a variation pattern of a variation display of the winning/losing performance; and time-shortening start performance means for executing a time-shortening start performance for suggesting start of a time-shortening game in a performance mode corresponding to a variation pattern of a variation display of a winning/losing performance during continuation of an establishment display in the winning/losing performance corresponding to the determination result won under the second condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
