Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ball lifting device for a game machine, enabling compact and smooth lifting of game balls by effectively preventing jamming of balls, while avoiding increase in a lifting load due to application of the weight of game balls.SOLUTION: A ball lifting device for a game machine includes: a screw member 3 for holding and lifting game balls B1, B2 fed into screwing grooves 32 formed between screw blades 31; a game ball feeding passage 2 extending in a tangential direction of the screw groove 32 at the lowest end of the screw member 3, while descending in inclination in a same direction as the screw groove 32; and a contact end face 12 for allowing the contact of game ball B1 rotated and fed on a bottom face 21 of the game ball feeding passage 2 to locate the game ball B1 at a position corresponding to the screw groove 32 at the lowest end. The contact end face 12 is arranged to incline, in an area to a height h that includes a central height of the game ball B2 following the game ball B1, with an opening angle θ at 90 degrees or more relative to the bottom face 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
