Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a barrier coating composition for lamination having excellent gas barrier properties, suitability for lamination and suitability for boiling, and to provide a barrier composite film for lamination containing a barrier layer obtained from the composition as an intermediate layer.SOLUTION: A barrier coating composition for lamination contains carbonyl group modified polyvinyl alcohol as (A) component, a hydrolysate of alkoxysilane as (B) component, colloidal silica as (C) component, and a solvent as (D) component; and satisfies the following expression 1: WA/WB=25/75 to 55/45 and expression 2: WC/WB=5/95 to 40/60. (in expression 1 and expression 2, WA, WB and WC each represents contents (mass) of the (A) component, the (B) component and the (C) component in the barrier coating composition for lamination.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
