Abstract:
To promptly transmit useful information when an abnormality occurs.SOLUTION: A base station device comprises: a determination section for determining whether uplink traffic has risen or not; a scheduling section for executing a first scheduling for preferentially allocating a communication band to a registration terminal device when it is determined that the traffic has risen; and a wired communication section for transmitting data received from the registration terminal device to a server using the communication band allocated by the first scheduling and receiving a priority control instruction instructing that the communication band is preferentially allocated from the server to at least one terminal device out of the registration terminal devices. The scheduling section executes a second scheduling for preferentially allocating a communication band higher than the communication band allocated by the first scheduling to the terminal device corresponding to the priority control instruction, when receiving the priority control instruction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
