Abstract:
To provide a bathroom heater/dryer capable of securing safety by fireproof treatment and also reducing a manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A bathroom heater/dryer has a main body case made of synthetic resin, a heat exchanger, a blower fan, and an electric motor for driving the blower fan, in which the electric motor is fixed to the main body case by a fixing cover while being housed in a housing part of the main body case. A power line connection part of the electric motor is sealed with resin, and a portion facing the power line connection part is subjected to fireproof treatment. In the bathroom heater/dryer, a power line extending from the power line connection part to the outside has a thin line part with a preset length extending from the power line connection part, and a thick line part that extends outward from the end part of the thin line part and is thicker than the thin line part, the power line is configured to be drawn out through a gap between the main body case and the fixing cover, which is formed at a predetermined position with the electric motor fixed, and the size of the gap is set so that the thin line part is allowed to pass therethrough and the thick line part is prevented from passing therethrough.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
