Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell balancing device capable of efficiently adjusting cell balance, a battery state monitoring device, and a battery pack.SOLUTION: A cell balancing device 7 comprises: a substrate 100 including terminal insertion holes 111A, 111B through which a pair of electrode terminals of a battery are inserted, respectively, and stators 141A, 141B which are provided around the terminal insertion holes 111A, 111B, brought into contact and electrically connected with the electrode terminals in the state where the electrode terminals are inserted through the terminal insertion holes 111A, 111B, and brought into a fixed relation therewith; a resistor 181 which is provided in the substrate 100 and disposed between the pair of stators 141A, 141B; and a switch 182 provided in the substrate 100 and capable of electrically connecting the pair of electrode terminals via the resistor 181 and the stators 141A, 141B. When regulating a charging voltage of the battery, the switch 182 is changed over to electrically connect the pair of electrode terminals via the resistor 181 and the stators 141A, 141B.
