Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to cause a pointed end to be hard to be oscillated during lathe-turning and to improve radial loading capacity in a rotation center.SOLUTION: A rotation center which receives a radial load at a pointed end from a lathe-turning object during lathe-turning of a lathe-turning machine tool. A center shaft 1 is concentrically located in an outer periphery cylindrical body 5, a pointed end 2 of a forward end thereof is projected to a front side of the outer periphery cylindrical body, and the center shaft is radially and axially born on the outer periphery cylindrical body by plural rolling bearings 6 to 9. The rolling bearing 6 at the forward end fitted between the outer periphery cylindrical body and the center shaft is so made as to be a bearing which radially bears and has no inner ring, a rolling element 13, which is arranged in a circular wheel form, is fitted into an outer ring 14 of said bearing, and an outer peripheral surface of a bearing fitting part 3 of the center shaft, in which the rolling bearing at the forward end is fitted, is so made as to be a raceway surface of the rolling element.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
