PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a failure in cleaning even when a plurality of cleaning members are used for a belt member.SOLUTION: A belt device 40 according to the present invention comprises: a belt unit 41 including a belt member 406 that is stretched over a plurality of rotating bodies; a first cleaning unit 410 including a first cleaning member 411 that cleans the belt member 406 and supported by the belt unit movably integrally with a tension roller; and a second cleaning unit 420 including a second cleaning member 421 that cleans the belt member 406 and supported by the belt unit at a position different from the tension roller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
