Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reduction of frequency of belt maintenance and reduction of facility costs.SOLUTION: A belt elongation detecting device 5 comprises: driven rollers 21 to 23; tension rollers 24 and 25; a penetration type sensor 27; and a display 43. The driven rollers 21 to 23 come in contact with a mesh belt 2, from a lower side of the mesh belt 2 which moves so as to be circulated through a loop passage. The tension rollers 24 and 25 are arranged among the driven rollers 21 to 23 and come in press contact with the mesh belt 2 from an upper side of the mesh belt 2. The tension rollers 24 and 25 are configured so as to be freely movable in a specified vertical movement range. The penetration type sensor 27 detects descent to a warning position or lower and outputs warning signals. The display displays a warning message on the basis of the warning signals outputted from the penetration type sensor 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
