Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form simply a bent R part to such a degree that a crack is not generated even if hemming processing is performed at a repair time, without lowering designability or the like.SOLUTION: A bending tool 10 for a metal plate includes a body part 24 containing a first wall part 28 and a second wall part 30. A flange 14B of a door outer panel 14 made of an aluminum alloy is to be inserted into a slit 26 of the body part 24. A tip part 30A of the second wall part 30 having a convexly curved shape is allowed to abut on an adjacent region 34 of the flange 14B to rotate the body part 24, and to thereby suppress a crack of the surface on the plate outside of a bent R part 36.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
