Abstract:
To clean a cylinder, etc. well.SOLUTION: A beverage extraction unit 30 comprises: a filter block 332 that includes a cylindrical cylinder 331, a cylinder head 333 arranged to open/close a top surface opening 331b of the cylinder 331, and a metallic disc-like mesh member 336 on which a plurality of extraction holes 336a are formed, and that can move in a manner to approach or depart from a lower surface opening 331a of the cylinder 331; and a controlling unit 50 which, when performing rinse processing for cleaning the cylinder 331, blocks the lower surface opening 331a with the filter block 332 by making the filter block 332 approach the cylinder 331, then injects hot water into the cylinder 331 as a washing hot water until the water spills out of the top surface opening 331b, then sucks part of the washing hot water in the cylinder 331 via the mesh member 336, and makes the filter block 332 depart from the cylinder 331.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
