PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compound which has strong and sustaining intraocular pressure lowering activity and, further, causes no side effect on eyes.SOLUTION: The invention provides a compound represented by the general formula (I), a salt thereof, a solvate thereof, or a prodrug thereof. The compound or the like has strong and sustaining intraocular pressure lowering activity and, further, has no side effect on eyes such as ocular stimulating properties (hyperemia, corneal clouding etc.) and aqueous humor protein rise, so that it has high safety and can be an excellent agent for preventing and/or treating glaucoma etc.SELECTED DRAWING: None
