Abstract:
To provide a dual refrigerator capable of suppressing frequent switching and of improving energy efficiency in a configuration where one-way operation and two-way operation can be switched.SOLUTION: A dual refrigerator 100 includes: a primary cooling circuit 1 which at least includes a compressor 11 and a condenser 12, successively supplies an expansion valve 112 and an evaporator 113 with first coolant condensed by the condenser 12, and returns to the first compressor 11 the first coolant that is expanded and evaporated; a secondary cooling circuit 2 including an evaporator 24 capable of exchanging heat with a compressor 21, a condenser 22, an expansion valve 23 and the primary cooling circuit 1; and a control part 4. The control part 4 is configured to perform shift suppression control that at least either lowers refrigeration efficiency of the secondary cooling circuit 2 or raises a necessary heat exchange amount of the secondary cooling circuit 2, before it shifts from one-way operation to two-way operation on the basis of a prescribed condition.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
