Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation type livestock excrement processing system by converting livestock excrements into spontaneously combustible biomass fuel, and converting new livestock excrements into fuel using the biomass fuel as a heat source.SOLUTION: This livestock excrement processing system comprises a mixing system A of mixing a compost and wood fine molder powder and feeding; a drying system B of drying the mixed raw material to produce spontaneously combustible composite biomass fuel; a storage system C of measuring moisture content and storing the composite biomass fuel; and a boiler system D of supplying heat to the drying system and producing heat for hot water using the composite biomass fuel as fuel source.
