Abstract:
To provide a light shielding device capable of appropriately protecting eyes of a wearer without decreasing a workability of the wearer wearing a full-face mask.SOLUTION: A light shielding device 1 is attached in a freely attachable/detachable manner to a full-face mask 2 having an eyepiece 21 that covers both eyes of a wearer. The light shielding device 1 comprises: a light shielding lens 11 that shields light of a specific wavelength; a frame part 12 for holding a periphery 110 of the light shielding lens 11; and a support part 13 attached to a periphery 210 of the eyepiece 21 in a freely attachable/detachable manner, for supporting the frame part 12 so as to be movable between a light shielding position P1 in which the light shielding lens 11 is disposed so as to cover a front face 211 of the eyepiece 21, and a non-light shielding position P2 in which the light shielding lens 11 is disposed so as not to cover the front face 211 of the eyepiece 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
