Abstract:
To provide a blade motor that does not require a rotation shaft and has a rotation mechanism at the outer end of the blade by solving a problem in which, a batteries-powered blower and lift motor has limited power consumption, and the biggest challenge is how to save electricity, reduce weight, and make it thinner, and how to use it with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A blade motor consists of an outer ring (1), a blade assembly (23), a commutator brush stand (36), and a fulcrum shaft (43), a permanent magnet (4) uses a small, lightweight, ferromagnetic rare metal to save electricity to reduce the weight and make it thinner by using a fulcrum shaft (43). A slip ring (39, 40) that allows a brush current to flow in an electric circuit is provided for power transmission to the rotating commutator brush (37, 38).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
