PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for measuring remaining thickness of a blast furnace stave and a method for measuring remaining thickness of a blast furnace stave, capable of accurately and inexpensively measuring remaining thickness of the stave.SOLUTION: A device has an imaging part 22 having length capable of being inserted into a stave provided inside of a blast furnace from outside of the blast furnace and capable of imaging inside of the stave, a measurement part 25 for measuring insertion depth into the stave of the imaging part 22 and a display part 3 for displaying imaging result of the imaging part 22.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
