Abstract:
【課題】使用時には表面の磁束密度が高くなり、ブロック本体の配置を安定化させ、不使用時には表面の磁束密度が低くなり、鉄粉、切削粉をウエスまたはエアーガンで除去可能としたこと。【解決手段】底面強磁性体３６Ａ,３６Ｂは、ブロック本体３４内をメイン磁路とする。また、底面３８側に精密バイス等の外部磁性体が接触吸引すると、磁気抵抗の大きい大気中側が低抵抗側となり、第１底面挿入孔３３ａ及び第２底面挿入孔３３ｂの各々に１個装着した立面強磁性体４６Ａ,４６Ｂと連結強磁性体８２が磁路となり、磁気抵抗の低い精密バイス等の外部磁性体側がメイン磁路となる。【選択図】図６
