Abstract:
To provide an on-board type cargo-handling apparatus having a simple frame structure and a stable support structure that allow wide use of a space in a cargo compartment and enable smooth, safe cargo handling.SOLUTION: An on-board type cargo handling apparatus 1 comprises: a support frame 13 having a plurality of portal frames 11 attached to a cargo compartment 3 of a transport vehicle 9; a pair of first travel wheels 17 provided in left and right upper corner parts of each portal frame 11 such that a first engagement projection 15 facing inside; a first travel frame 24 having a pair of travel rails 21, left and right, having, on an external surface side thereof, a first engagement recess 19 that engages with the first engagement projection 15 and, on an internal surface side thereof, a second engagement recess 20; a plurality of pairs of second travel wheels 29 displaced in a traveling direction Y while a second projection 27 engaged with the second engagement recess 20 faces outside; a second travel frame 26 having the second travel wheels 29 and in which the cargo loading/unloading device 31 is mounted; first chain drive means 37 that drives the first travel frame 24; and second chain drive means 43 that drives the second travel frame 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
