To control spray depending on whether or not vehicle interior is in a closed chamber state, when starting the spray.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device for being connected to a sprayer for spraying a storage material includes: a detection part that detects start instructions about spray provided by the sprayer; a determination part that determines whether or not vehicle interior is in a closed chamber state, by acquiring information on a vehicle state from an on-vehicle network when the start instructions are detected by the detection part; and a control part that imposes a limitation on the start of the spray by the sprayer when the determination part determines that the vehicle interior is not in the closed chamber state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
