Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machine tool capable of performing processing with high precision without being affected by fitting precision of a tool by providing a versatile on-machine tooling device.SOLUTION: An on-machine tooling device 1 comprises: a tooling mechanism 2 for tooling a shape of a blade 101; a shape measuring mechanism 3 for measuring the shape of the blade 101; and a position control mechanism 4 for changing positions of those tooling mechanism 2 and shape measuring mechanism 3. In tooling, the shape measuring mechanism 3 is arranged nearby the blade 101 to measure the shape of the blade 101, and a cutting quantity in the tooling is computed. Then the tooling mechanism 2 is arranged nearby the blade 101 to tool the blade 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
